This Contract is subject to Belgian law.

In the event of a controversy or dispute between you and Cogitus arising out of, or in connection with your use of the Site, the parties should attempt to resolve such dispute promptly and in good faith within 14 days of its notification by the one of the Parties. In the event of inability to resolve this dispute within the aforementioned period, the Belgian courts and tribunals of the judicial district of Liège have sole jurisdiction to hear any dispute concerning the application or interpretation of these T & Cs.
